As a socially responsible corporate citizen, we have identified and taken bold steps in aligning our operations towards benefiting members of the communities we operate in human rights and the environment. We focus on the following programs to support our host communities.
We deploy sustainable development strategies through the VTP initiative by engaging selected youths in our host communities thereby creating a pool of loyal economically empowered indigenes who will in turn impact these communities. The youths are trained on various skills of their choice such as welding and fabrication, computer skills.
The objective of the program is to create awareness of malaria control/prevention within the communities. This is dine in collaboration with certified medical personnel. We provide items such ass mosquito nets, insecticides and environmental awareness for keeping mosquitoes away from the communities.
As a people-oriented organization, we identify with the well-being of members of the communities in which we operate and are enthusiastic about constantly investing in their health, education and economic empowerment periodically.
